"SAME MISSION, NEW LOCATION"
The USS Vindicator is now a chapter of STARFLEET's Region Two.
After nearly five years of service in Region One, a change of command precipitated the change of regional location. In order to more effectively serve as STARFLEET's Director of Recruiting, founding CO RAdm. Ron Fell has stepped down from the center seat, transferring command to Cmdr. Ken Evans, the Vindicator's longtime Science Officer and former XO of the Shuttle Emerald Star. RAdm. Fell will serve as the Vindicator's XO, replacing VAdm. John T. "Jack" Hopkins, who is stepping aside to accept a post as the Vindicator's Chief of Operations. Capt. Kristi Fell will move into the office of Chief of Communications for the chapter.
The USS Vindicator will continue its present activities and will remain active in support of its current charities. It will also seek involvement in Region Two projects. Indeed, several members of the Vindicator's crew have already been tapped by regional officials to assist with planning next year's Region Two Summit.
